    - point – !

just in case you didn’t know what that hand was doing. *explains obvious to no one in particular!*

You know Morinaga, dramaticaly escaping after you sexually used a man, that “you love” makes you look like a rapist who ascapes from the crime scene. And this was supposed to melt the readers hearts? Probably that’s what the writer wanted, because they use this plot to make us sympatize with Morinaga and find the uke guilty.

What a great lesson for the young girls who read this. Remember girls, the victim is always responsible! The victim is the one that provokes rapist to do what they are doing because victim didn’t try to understand theeemmmmmmm!!!

    • Ugh I hate this plot point so much.

Cause what they were ~trying~ to get across is that Morinaga feels really guilty for raping him so wanted to get out of his life. Yet he comes back and IMMEDIATELY demands sex from uke under threat of blackmail.

Yes and keep in mind he disappears without a word- it was like escape. Reading this part of manga I had a feeling, that it was also a part of blackmail because uke started to look for him. Another of Morinaga’s problem is, that he isn’t feeling guilty much- he is only thinking ‘ohhh how poor creature am I!’ instead of really being guilty and trying to fix his mistakes.

*point!* That’s what this comic lacks- the point. Even the characters know it.

  4. SirSeph says:

I’m so frustrated by “point” because it makes it so much more obvious that everything AP has learned about comics or art has been copy-pasted from manga. It’s like. No. You can’t fucking do sound effects like that. Japanese is a different fucking language they have a specific alphabet that they use for sound effects enGLISH DOESN’T FUCKING wORK LIKE THAT ST OP.

    • Kerli says:

Ech…, believe me, that official manga translations in my country (Poland) have the same problem- they translate every single sound effect like *whispers* etc. Sometmies it looks so ridiculous.

    • Stardigrade says:

It looks like “point” is graffiti on the door! xDD
