Story Brain Storming Sunday: FUCKING FURRIES!

It’s that time!

I give a  prompt, and people come in with stories they’d like to see.  You can do anything from a full polished story to a sentence on what you’d like to see.

I encourage people to give suggestions to mine or any story posted.  If you think somebody’s idea totally rules or totally sucks that’s cool. BUT you have to give at least one reason why.  I will probably be doing some playful devil’s advocate all over the place.  Hopefully we can have fun and learn about writing from each other.

It won’t have to be BL orientated, but combating beaten to death cliches will give you major bonus points.

This week prompt is: FURRIES!

A world full of anthropomorphic creatures, or just a few?  Do they just have the ears and tails, are covered in fur, or sentient animals with no physical human traits.  Are they genetic experiments, aliens, fantasy creatures, shape shifters, or just the norm?  Are they mammals, reptiles, fish, amphibians, mollusks, and/or birds?

Would you want to do romance, parody, sci-fi, horror, western, or fetish porn using them?

Bring it on!…..but if I see a single 8 foot long rainbow fox dragon dick.

I want to see a bunch of non-sexy furries that are clearly done for rejections of the “establishment” like raver skunks, raver beavers, raver squirrels. you know, all the vermin and rodent furries that have never been associated in the past with any sort of cunning, power, strength, or sexual prowess. they’re just a random creature some artist was like “no I don’t like (insert stereotypical furry that’s the norm) what if I used a (blank)” even though they’ve clearly never encountered said animal or really thought about why or why not they chose a naked mole rat to be their Fursona. who cares though, just give it some glasses and raver beads. why does an anthropomorphic skunk need glasses when they use their nose to much better use than their eyes? who cares! stop thinking about that and lets move on to raver skunk’s best friend, a six-dicked flying squirrel-dragon hybrid that has 12 tits and a giant mane! it’s in a Vore-relationship with the raver-skunk’s one-billion titted mother/father that has two-billion dicks for nipples and is a rolling ball of ejaculate. they do normal things like sit on the couch and watch Battlestar Galactica in between vore sessions that are mysteriously unexplained as to how the tit/dick ball and raver skunk survive but whatever lol get your fap off right?

I dream of a world populated with these chars, and then my ideal story is that meteors strike. over, and over, and over.

I’ll also accept sexy!raver mollusks, raver dung beetles, raver possums, and hell just throw a dart at a board and lets do sexy hamsters, raver lemmings, and punk-boi pigs.

    • It would be interesting to maybe do a story based around a group of friends/support group that deals with animals that have a bad reputation. Skunks, mice, snakes, bats, alligators, or almost any bug really. Maybe there’s only one anthro per animal that they’re the leader/representative for that species but because there are so many different kinds of animals its not really a BIG DEAL to be the head of your animal group. One could even throw in how certain species are endangered and the species leader has to fight to protect their “race.”

I’m sorry, I don’t mean to diss the prompt or anything. it’s a terribly small portion of the furdom, but your comment about rainbow dragon foxes just set me off. it’s something I just don’t understand, for all the logical inconsistencies I mentioned. although your idea of animals all meeting in a support group sounds almost like the perfect cartoon sitcom.

        • Oh pfff, this blog is mostly raging and ranting I most certainly don’t begrudge a good rant at the rainbow raver foxes.

Thank you, I enjoy myself goofy cartoon animals. I grew up with a lot of that I suppose, I kinda see that as one of the best places for furries since I never got into the fetish side of it.

I pretty much have no opinion on furries because I don’t interact with that community at all. It’s a strange world I don’t want to even touch. Which is odd, considering that I used to draw animal people all the time. It was easier than drawing normal people, and it’s a common thing I believe, because Cheap Thrills does it for that reason too.

I do think people are shitty at researching the animals they emulate. Like werewolves. Werewolves act nothing like wolves in these erotic romances cuz real wolves aren’t sexy enough, I guess. I’ve written a story involving a world full of cultures that emulate one particular animal, so there are the Aves (birds), Equus (horses), Colubri (snakes) Scrofa (boars) and Lupus (wolves). It’s more interesting than furries, at least in my mind. XD

    • Stardigrade says:

I think I agree with that, most of the time furries are just humans in animal suits xD It’s really because of that reason I haven’t ventured much into the furry community either. If they were remotely more animal I could look past the fetish fuel side and view furry media with genuine intrigue.

    • Yeah the opposite acting furries get me. In particular catgirls. Most catgirls I see are all hyper and cutsey. How many energetic cats who don’t sleep 50% of the time have you run into? COME ON!

      • Wanda says:

I can get behind a sleepy catgirl. I will be a sleep catgirl if it means being able to sleep all day. I already have a master’s degree in Sleep.

  3. A friend of mine came up with a story about a bunch of modern day geek friends interacting with each other and all of them are some kind of fantasy creature. Some of them ended up being were-creatures such as antelopes, bats, giraffes, beavers, and chickens. I added a character of my own that was a giant feminine cyclops.

It was mostly a fluff humor story playing off the different character’s personalities and parodying fantasy stereotypes and even though it may not come to fruition it is fun to come up with scenarios and characters for a story like this.

  4. cc says:

I don’t know a whole lot about furries but I would like to see a setting where there are furries and females aren’t just simply “human femininity” slapped onto a creature- like random boobs on a snake or fish woman.

Alternatively I will almost always be weirded out how most insect furries or anthropomorphized characters lean so heavily towards male (and a patriarchy) even though most insects/arachnids have female = the bigger size and often the majority.

In terms of actual content, most of the time it simply falls on the writer, it can suffer the same problems as other writing, etc.
